For our client, a company active in international transport and multimodal logistics, which offers tailor-made solutions by road, sea, air, and rail, we are looking for a Quality Officer at 70 % - 100 % for a permanent position. Your tasks at your new employer

• You steer and evolve the quality management system by ensuring its perfect compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks
• You prepare, organize, and conduct internal as well as external audits, guaranteeing a rigorous and objective evaluation of current practices
• You identify areas for improvement, develop the corresponding action plans, and ensure their follow-up until their concrete implementation
• You manage detected non-conformities and steer quality indicators to anticipate risks and secure internal processes
• You train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality requirements in order to anchor a sustainable continuous improvement culture throughout the organization
• You ensure constant normative and regulatory monitoring to guarantee the company's compliance with legal developments in the sector

You offer your new employer

• You hold a qualification in quality, or in an equivalent field that has given you solid methodological foundations
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the transport or logistics sector
• You have obtained an ISO 9001 internal auditor certification and possess confirmed experience in conducting internal and external audits
• You express yourself fluently in French and have a good level of English, an additional asset being appreciated in an international context
• You demonstrate great analytical skills, rigor, and a keen sense of organization, complemented by real communication and teaching qualities
