Team Leader Social Pedagogues 100% ##

Responsibilities ###

• Operational and personnel management of the respective teams
• Strategic and professional leadership of social pedagogy
• First escalation level within the teams
• Regular exchange and cooperation with legal guardians
• Responsible for the application and compliance with official standards. Ensure the application of internal procedures and guidelines
• Working in coordination and partnership with colleagues and other bodies (internal/external)
• Further developing the structures, processes and framework conditions regarding socio-pedagogical work. Ensuring integrative work and supporting all involved bodies. Integrating all necessary specialist services
• Proposing suggestions for improvement for the procedures, processes and tools used. Implementing measures in cooperation with the superior bodies
• Carrying out regular reporting
• Ensuring communication with the client and other authorities. Collaborating with other internal bodies

Profile ###

• Tertiary education: Higher Federal Diploma (HFP, Eidg. Diplom) or equivalent (Bachelor level)
• at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of accommodation/care, social services, NGO or similar
• Leadership experience
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entry in the debt enforcement register, criminal record and the special private extract)
• German | oral: C1 | written: C1
• English | oral: B2 | written: B2
