tasks

• you take over the construction management for medium to large residential construction projects with condominiums and office buildings
• you manage the construction sites on site, coordinate the participating specialist planners as well as companies, authorities and customers
• you are also responsible for construction administration, the devis, tenders, price negotiations as well as award requests
• regular and intensive contact with clients, architects, authorities as well as customers is also part of your demanding tasks
• furthermore, you are responsible for cost monitoring, scheduling and ensuring execution quality
• the performance of inspections, ensuring the elimination of defects, the handover and the final accounting round off your extremely interesting area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, lie between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a draughtsman architecture / architectural draughtsman, carpenter, mason or have an equivalent basic construction trade training (w/m/d)
• additionally, you have already been able to gain professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland and know the standards, laws as well as regulations
• further training as a construction manager or construction technician is an advantage, but not a requirement
• do you describe yourself as thinking holistically, assertive and well-organized?
