In this role, you will actively and responsibly contribute to managing day-to-day business. Your areas of responsibility * You will handle the daily processing of export orders (from order to invoicing) independently and routinely * You will support and advise our customers (answering inquiries, preparing offers, etc.) and organize worldwide transport via truck, sea, and air freight * This also includes creating the required export documents (in compliance with country-specific specifications) as well as organizing health and origin certificates * Support and administrative assistance for our field service team * By performing various organizational and administrative tasks, you will actively support us in day-to-day business * You will complete project tasks independently, reliably, and on schedule * You will approach complaints with openness, handle them with high competence, and view them as an opportunity for improvement * You will continuously check the processes in your area of responsibility, recognize optimization opportunities, and actively drive their implementation Your profile: You have a basic commercial education and ideally further training as a Foreign Trade Specialist. You work in a structured and methodical manner and are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility and independence.
