It is within this framework that the DynamO program is established, co-managed by the Direction médicale and the Direction des soins. DynamO structures quality management at all levels of the organization - units, services and departments - by relying on clinical indicators and continuous improvement loops. These allow for the implementation of good clinical practices and the disimplementation of inappropriate practices. Internship in health psychology within the DynamO program - 50% to 100% As an intern, you support the program team in improving the use of implementation science theories and tools and change management in daily practices. You perform structured and synthetic bibliographic research related to implementation science and change management. You conduct interviews and organize focus groups to analyze difficulties and barriers to the implementation of good practices. You build implementation strategies with change management. You develop a generalized methodology based on the experience gained for a wider dissemination of the practice. You participate in the writing of an article on the work performed with a view to publication. Qualifications You demonstrate a great capacity for adaptation which allows you to interact with different audiences and situations. Your team spirit and interpersonal skills will help you to work interdisciplinarity and to integrate easily within our team. You possess good organizational skills and have ease in producing clear syntheses and note-taking. You have good skills in the field of scientific research. A good command of the French language is mandatory (C1 level required). You are enrolled in a post-graduate training curriculum in health psychology accredited by the OFSP, leading to a title of specialist psychologist in health psychology OFSP or in a master's in psychology orientation health psychology and must complete a mandatory intra-curriculum internship in this context.
