Head of Structural Engineering

Tasks:

• Personnel, technical and economic leadership of the Structural Engineering department
• Planning and realization of demanding structural engineering and high-rise projects – from residential and commercial buildings to complex structures, conversions and excavation projects
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, acquisition of new projects
• Resource & capacity planning, quality assurance, project controlling
• Further development of digital planning methods (BIM, VDC) within the team
• Close cooperation with the other departments to strengthen interdisciplinary exchange and for the joint further development of the company

Profile:

• Completed studies in civil engineering, several years of experience in structural engineering and high-rise construction
• Leadership experience or a clear will to grow into this responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of acquisition and market development
• High social competence, constructive handling of conflicts
• German language skills C1 or higher
