Your tasks

As Gym Manager, you bear overall responsibility for your club and are simultaneously a leader, host, and the driving force behind the performance of your location.

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team and create a positive and performance-oriented club culture.
• You ensure that our members feel welcome in your club and have an excellent training experience.
• You ensure smooth club operations as well as high standards in cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• You plan personnel deployment and ensure optimal shift staffing.
• You support the recruitment of new employees and are responsible for their onboarding and further development.
• You keep an eye on the most important key figures of your club and develop measures to continuously improve member satisfaction, sales, and club performance.
• You work actively on the floor, are present for your team and our members, and are responsible for promotional activities, both internally and externally.
• You are responsible for the planning and creation of social media content.
• Depending on qualification, you support group fitness offerings and the further development of our course schedule.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training or a degree in the sports and fitness sector.
• Your qualification is recognized by Qualitop Schweiz.
• You have already gained experience in the fitness, sports, or service sector.
• Ideally, you bring initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership position.
• You speak very good German (at least B2); English and other languages are a plus.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and enjoy working with key figures.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have a high affinity for fitness, health, and sales.
