Your areas of responsibility

• Execution of professional real estate valuations and sound value analyses with a focus on owner-occupied residential property
• Acquisition of new sales mandates
• Marketing of services as well as cross-selling
• Consultations regarding the topic of land ownership

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in real estate consulting, valuation or marketing (no career changers)
• Sound subject-specific initial or further training, for example:
• Federal Diploma in the real estate industry
• CAS Immobilienbewertung
• Business administration training with specialization in real estate
• Training in the field of Finance with reference to the real estate industry
• comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with hedonistic valuation tools such as Wüest Partner or IAZI
• Strong consulting, acquisition and closing skills
• Communicative, organizationally strong and entrepreneurial personality
• Reliable, independent and service-oriented way of working
• Languages: German (French and English an advantage)
• Willingness for regular travel within the region
• Driver's license Cat. B, own car necessary

Bern - directly at the station, at Hirschengraben

Luzern - five minutes' walk from the station
