Your missions Do you wish to join an office at the heart of the cantonal labor market issues? As a member of the head of OMAT's staff, you support and advise them in the management of the office. In this capacity, you lead strategic projects, from their conception to their implementation, by coordinating the various actors and ensuring their monitoring. At the same time, you contribute to the development of management, quality, and internal control tools, while supporting teams in their use. Through your analyses and recommendations, you support decision-making and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the office's services. Your profile With a university or HES master's degree in business administration or a title deemed equivalent, you have confirmed experience in a support/advisory function (ideally within a strategic staff) as well as in the management of strategic projects. Comfortable with management and quality tools, you lead complex projects involving multiple partners with method and efficiency. Your very good knowledge of the regional economic fabric, combined with a solid mastery of employment-related mechanisms, allows you to provide relevant analyses and high value-added proposals. Recognized for your writing skills and your ability to synthesize, you combine rigor, sense of priorities, and resistance to stress. Proactive, autonomous, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and move with ease in a very demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility and a deep attachment to public service values.
