Requirements

Training as a Gardener EFZ (Garden and Landscape Construction) or several years of professional experience

At least 2–5 years of experience in horticulture is an advantage

Experience with paving and natural stone work

Confident handling of horticultural and construction machinery

Physical resilience

Independent and reliable way of working

German language skills A2–B1

Driver's license category B is an advantage

Tasks

New installations and redesigning of gardens

Paving and slab work

Creating natural stone walls and retaining walls

Earthworks and terrain modeling

Building paths, terraces, and seating areas

Creating lawn areas and laying sod

Planting trees, shrubs, and hedges

Installing drainage and irrigation systems

Operating mini excavators, dumpers, and vibrating plates

General horticultural and landscaping work

Knowledge

Garden and landscape construction

Paving and slab laying

Natural stone and wall construction

Earthworks and civil engineering

Terrain design and leveling

Plant knowledge and planting
