Your tasks
With our customers, you take over assignments in basic and treatment care
You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives
You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer's location
You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning
You instruct, advise, and supervise other employees
You take over the holiday replacement for the nursing management
What you bring with you
Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
