The Bauverwaltung Suhr is responsible for the permit system, environmental protection, the organization of structural and civil engineering works, public real estate, the Bauamt, the swimming pool, and the facility services. The municipality is the owner of numerous facilities and installations.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire real estate portfolio
• Technical and commercial building management
• Budgeting of real estate maintenance
• Management of the rental business for municipality-owned properties
• Participation in commissions
• Preparation of minutes

Your requirements:

• Vocational training in construction and basic commercial knowledge
• Further training in real estate management is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good oral and written expression
• Enjoyment of contact with the population, authorities, and professionals
