LOCKSMITH EMERGENCY REPAIRMAN (M/F)

Your responsibilities

Autonomous in your interventions, you identify malfunctions and propose solutions adapted to the installations and the expectations of the clients.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring urgent repairs and performing the necessary repairs on various locksmith works.

Evaluating the work to be planned, establishing quotes, and performing restoration and maintenance operations.

Writing intervention reports and organizing material orders in connection with suppliers.

Advising clients on the maintenance of their equipment, proposing maintenance contracts and ensuring their implementation and follow-up: garage doors, gates, metal shutters, notably.

Providing occasional assistance to the workshop according to the needs of the team.

You will work in coordination with the secretariat and the technical office, who will support you in the administrative follow-up and the organization of your activities.

Your profile

Holder of a CFC in metal construction or an equivalent training.

At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland, with confirmed practice within an emergency repair service. These two experiences are indispensable.

Solid skills in general locksmithing and good knowledge of garage doors as well as their electric motors.

Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and to intervene autonomously, with rigor and precision.

Sense of service, neat appearance, and ease in exchanges with clients.

Team spirit, motivation, punctuality, and flexibility in work organization.

Swiss nationality or valid work permit.
