Tasks ##

• Assembly & testing of components
• Cutting cables to length, stripping, soft soldering
• Mounting connectors (high requirements)
• Final inspection, QA acceptance, packaging
• Reporting production orders in SAP
• Implementing Lean methods
• 2-3 shift operation, early shift from 05:00

Requirements ##

• Experience with micro parts & optical aids
• Assembly, tools, reading drawings
• Technical understanding of systems
• German B1 or better
• Willingness to work shifts (from 05:00)
• Completed schooling
• Careful, reliable, flexible, team player
