Finishing Manager Introduction Cyberis SA, the Jura-based micro-turning company specializing in the production of watch components, is looking for a Finishing Manager to join its dynamic team. In the 2000s, Cyberis SA was born from the acquisition of the company Varin Décolletage by the Bourquard family. 20 years of know-how as well as a fleet of traditional Tornos machines are the foundations of the start of this family business's activities. Located in the heart of the Watch Valley, Cyberis SA has since applied its energy to developing regional partnerships and establishing itself in the manufacture of micro-components for watch movements and cases. Over the years, production has become verticalized, integrating the trades as well as the modern machines necessary for the manufacture of finished products, 100% Swiss made and ready to use. Today, our 2,500 m² building located in Bassecourt houses 55 employees and 60 CNC machines. Responsibilities As Finishing Manager, your main missions will be: Management \- Supervise, motivate and develop the workshop \- (Re)organize resources according to the workload. \- Ensure the training of employees Technical \- Guarantee mastery of finishing processes. \- Optimize the processes of: tribofinishing, polishing, satin finishing, micro-blasting, washing, drying, 1st aesthetic inspection. \- Participate in the industrialization of new products. \- Define manufacturing parameters and ensure their stability. \- Collaborate closely with the Methods, Quality and Production departments. Quality \- Guarantee compliance with the aesthetic requirements of Haute Horlogerie. \- Reduce internal non-conformities. \- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions. Organization \- Plan priorities \- Guarantee compliance with deadlines. \- Ensure optimal management of consumables and equipment. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following profile: Mandatory Swiss technical training (CFC or ES) in a field of microtechnology, mechanics or watchmaking. Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking sector. In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques and watchmaking quality standards. Skills in team management and leadership. Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Analytical spirit and aptitude for solving technical problems. Mastery of IT tools related to production. Specialization in finishing processes and very good knowledge of the aesthetic requirements of Haute Horlogerie, assets!
