For these activities, it uses an extremely diverse spatial infrastructure distributed across around 130 properties. The department Betrieb und Technik (BT) is responsible for efficient and economical building operations. What you can achieve As a Specialist Facility Management with a focus on provider management building technology and digitalization, you will take on a key role in managing external service partners as well as the further development of facility management. You design effective partner and stakeholder management, further develop external service partners, and ensure sustainable, high-quality service delivery. You define quality standards, KPIs, and technical requirements and ensure their implementation. You optimize technical building operations together with internal specialist departments and external partners. You represent Facility Management in construction, renovation, and remodeling projects and ensure the early consideration of operational requirements in planning- and construction-accompanying facility management (pbFM). You accompany projects until commissioning and ensure an operator-friendly handover into operation. You drive the digitalization of facility management with CAFM, BIM, and data management and ensure the quality of operational and asset data. You continuously develop FM processes, standards, and operator concepts. You ensure compliance with operator responsibility as well as legal requirements in the areas of technical safety and fire protection. You actively help shape projects in the areas of sustainability, energy efficiency, and Smart Building. Your profile You have a sound education in Facility Management, building technology, or a comparable field – whether through basic technical training with advanced training or a university degree. You bring several years of experience in technical facility management, provider management, and in the management of external service partners. You have knowledge of the operation of technical systems as well as operator responsibility and the relevant legal requirements. You bring experience in planning- and construction-accompanying facility management (pbFM) for construction, remodeling, or renovation projects. You are familiar with digital systems (ideally Planon, SAP) as well as digital FM processes and are interested in BIM and data management. You communicate convincingly, network stakeholders, and promote partnership-based cooperation. You bring an analytical mindset, solution-oriented action, and a strong understanding of quality. You take responsibility, bring initiative, and actively help shape changes.
