Your mission
Under the responsibility of the director of finance, you ensure the operational, human and strategic management of the accounting department.
You are the guarantor of the quality, compliance and reliability of accounting data and actively participate in the transformation of the financial processes of Hospice général.

• Lead, organize and supervise the accounting department (25 people) while ensuring a collaborative working climate and the evolution of skills.
