Key Account Manager*in Switzerland 80-100 %

Your tasks:

• Support and further development of our Key Accounts in Swiss specialist and retail trade
• Targeted expansion of existing customer relationships through the marketing of our versatile brand portfolio as well as acquisition of new customers
• Independent conduct of annual meetings and negotiation of conditions and customer agreements
• Coordination of customer projects and tenders in close cooperation with the internal departments Product Management, Design and Purchasing
• Technical and operational leadership of our field service including target agreements, ongoing support and employee appraisals
• Independent creation of sales analyses and turnover planning as well as derivation of suitable measures

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of sales, marketing or business administration
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Swiss retail or consumer goods sector
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense for customer potentials
• Independent, structured and practice-oriented way of working with enjoyment of both strategic and operational tasks
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and commitment to professionally support employees; Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as confident handling of ERP systems and sales data
• Digital affinity and openness to new technologies and AI applications
• Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
• Willingness for regular customer visits within Switzerland as well as participation in training in Germany
