In the Facility & Real Estate Services area, over 450 employees from around 44 nations are employed. The area includes, among others, the departments of Cleaning, Laundry and Bedding Supply, as well as Wardrobe Management.
In the Cleaning Services Center department, you and your team are active in the dynamic hospital everyday life and close to the action. In this demanding environment, you ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards. You combine operational leadership with organizational skills and make a direct contribution to patient safety.

What awaits you

• You take over the leadership of a cleaning team of around 30 people in everyday hospital life and ensure a smooth, efficient process through your presence on site. You will be supported in this by the deputy team leaders.
• You take over the technical and personnel leadership including deployment planning, coaching and development of your team
• You plan, coordinate and control maintenance, isolation and interim cleanings according to the specifications of hospital hygiene
• You ensure a constantly high cleaning quality as well as compliance with all hygiene specifications
• You actively drive improvements and optimize processes, quality and efficiency in your area of responsibility
• You also support your team operationally if necessary and show flexibility in everyday work (including weekend shifts)

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training (EFZ) in the field of cleaning, housekeeping or building cleaning
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector (approx. 3--5 years), ideally with leadership experience
• Advantageous: Higher vocational training e.g. as Bereichsleiter:in Hotellerie-Hauswirtschaft EFA or Gebäudereinigungsfachperson EFA
• Joy in leading a multicultural team as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Structured, reliable and resilient personality with high service orientation as well as a discreet, loyal and flexible way of working
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality as well as good German skills (at least C1) and confident PC user skills (MS Office)
