Your role In your function as a Service Technician, you take responsibility for the professional maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our medical technology devices. You ensure their reliable function and readiness for use, thereby making an important contribution to high service quality and customer satisfaction. Your tasks include error analysis and troubleshooting, performing service and maintenance work, as well as complete and traceable documentation according to the applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements within the framework of our quality management system according to ISO 13485. Your tasks Device maintenance, repairs, and assembly of components on infusion devices Performing functional tests on electronic components Documentation of work steps in a process-oriented environment Service work and final inspections in our production facility in Kloten Customer visits throughout Switzerland (travel activity approx. 10%) Support in strategic projects and as a trainer during training sessions Customer-oriented appearance in the clinical environment (hospital, doctor's office, etc.) Your profile Technical vocational training with at least 3 years of professional experience Team player, solution-oriented, reliable, cheerful, and committed High customer orientation and customer-friendly appearance Experience in the service industry Driving license category B Good German and English skills Further qualifications are an advantage Higher technical or medical professional training Experience in medical technology (EN ISO 13485, IEC 62353) Swiss knowledge Our company culture arcomed AG places great value on a modern, future-oriented corporate culture with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
