For our clients,
We are looking for three real estate accountants.
Two positions are to be filled at 50 %, one position is to be filled at 100 %.
Your main tasks:
Real estate accounting + cost accounting
Preparation of management statements for rental properties and PPE
Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
Bank reconciliation
Preparation of non-accounting statements
Management and payment of supplier invoices
Collection of rents, processing of reminders
Payroll management for caretakers
Management of accounting takeovers for new mandates
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting in a real estate agency in Switzerland
Knowledge of the Quorum software, an asset
Good command of Excel
Autonomy, sense of priorities, rigor and precision
Team spirit
