Health Care Assistant - SPAH Rozavère La Fondation La Rozavère brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its facilities also include a Structure de Préparation et d’Attente à l’Hébergement en EMS (SPAH), a Logement Adapté avec Accompagnement (LADA) and a Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT). For our Structure de Préparation et d’Attente à l’Hébergement en EMS (SPAH), we are looking for a committed Health Care Assistant, having experience in the fields of geriatrics and late-life psychiatry. This position is offered as a temporary replacement, with a contract for a maximum duration planned until the end of the year 2026. YOUR MISSION Participate in the implementation and development of the resident's support project and in individual and collective animation Assist with the psychiatric liaison and report observations Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the resources and limits of the resident Observe the health status of the resident and transmit the information collected Support residents in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy, independence, and social connection Establish and maintain a bond of trust with the relatives and families of the residents while respecting one's field of competence Maintain the care equipment and the resident's environment Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for the residents. YOUR PROFILE You hold a 120-hour Red Cross certificate or an equivalent qualification You hold a certificate as an advanced age psychiatry companion (FAP), an asset You master standard IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing You embody trust, authenticity, and respect You have very good stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects You demonstrate dynamism, motivation, and a good capacity for adaptation.
