Caretaker and Cleaning Staff (Allrounder) 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Holistic cleaning and care of all interior and exterior areas, especially offices, entrance areas, corridors, stairwells/elevator, break rooms, sanitary facilities, as well as window surfaces
• Execution of all caretaker tasks in building and surroundings maintenance, incl. green space maintenance, winter service, operation of machines and deputy for the caretaker
• Assistance with periodic and annual cleaning of the production halls
• Professional separation of recyclables as well as organization and execution of waste disposal
• Procurement, administration, and care of cleaning materials, devices, and machines
• Execution of minor repairs, maintenance, and upkeep work on buildings and facilities
• Working with aerial work platforms and other technical aids (after appropriate instruction)

Profile

• Experience in cleaning, caretaker service, facility services, or a comparable allrounder function
• Manual dexterity as well as practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance work
• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
• Sense of order, cleanliness, and organization
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B required
• Training (e.g., Building Cleaner EFZ, manual training) is an advantage, but not a requirement
