We wish to recruit an Estimator (M/F) Civil Engineering 80-100%

Mission :
-------------

• Analyze tender documents and study their technical aspects.
• Perform price studies, cost calculations and the preparation of quotes.
• Consult and negotiate with suppliers, partners and subcontractors.
• Participate in the search for technical solutions and the optimization of projects.
• Prepare and compile technical submission files.
• Collaborate closely with site managers as well as with management.
• Ensure the administrative and technical follow-up of offers until their award.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements, deadlines and conditions defined in the tenders.

Profile
----------

• Technical training in the field of construction (ES Technician, Site Manager, Engineer or training deemed equivalent).
• Confirmed experience in a similar function in Switzerland.
• Solid knowledge of standards, regulations and technical aspects related to civil engineering and building.
• Good command of common IT tools; knowledge of Baubit and MS Project software is a real asset.
• Sense of responsibility, excellent organization and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind, rigor and ability to solve problems.
• Ability to work independently while promoting collaboration within a team.
• Perfect command of French; knowledge of German represents an additional advantage.
