• Accompanying, individual care and promotion of FaGe apprentices and HF students
• Design and implementation of learning support and learning times
• Holistic care of patients during learning support
• Implementation of educational concepts in the department
• Co-shaping a positive team culture and interdisciplinary cooperation

What you bring to this position ##

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or recognized equivalent professional training with experience in an acute hospital, preferably BScN
• Pedagogical training such as SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
• Medical specialist knowledge
• Innovative, cooperative and dynamic personality
• Enjoyment of independent working methods, combined with high organizational and communication skills
• Teamwork skills and commitment
• Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
