Assistant Store Manager & Customer Advisory (a)

This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Customer care and processing of inquiries
• Support with delivery notes and invoicing
• General administrative activities
• Recording and processing of workshop orders
• Support with order planning

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• at least 3 years of professional experience in customer care in the automotive industry
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Driver's license Cat. B
