With your technical know-how, you ensure stable production processes, highest product quality, and the continuous further development of the Panel Line. You analyze connections, recognize optimization potential, and successfully implement improvements together with production, quality, maintenance, and external partners. Continuously improve the stability, quality, and efficiency of the PIR foam process. Train, coach foam operators, and sustainably anchor quality standards. Analyze quality deviations and customer complaints as well as perform root-cause analyses. Be responsible for, optimize, and validate new raw materials or additives for foam recipes. Support the maintenance and technical further development of chemistry-related plants. Act as the technical contact person for suppliers, production, and quality. Lead improvement projects to reduce scrap, second choice, and production costs. Accompany product developments as well as certifications and approvals of sandwich panels. What you bring with you Technical training with further education as a process engineer, chemical technician, or FH engineer. Experience in an industrial production or process environment. Knowledge of chemical processes, ideally in the area of PU/PIR foam. Experience in process optimization, quality management, and problem-solving methods. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KVP, or Six Sigma is an advantage. Analytical, structured, and independent way of working. Good German and English skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation.
