YOUR MISSION
As a coach, you specifically support the employees of the general agency in their professional and sales development
You conduct product and sales training, ensure quality standards and accompany customer advisors in pension acquisition
You actively accompany customer advisors in the sales process - from preparation to closing
You comprehensively advise our private customers in the area of pension and find individual solutions
You further develop existing customer relationships through targeted cross- and upselling
You create pension campaigns, take the lead in partner development and support the GA in strategic further development
Your competencies
You are a motivating personality with strong sales and goal orientation
Your German skills are stylistically confident (at least level C1), French skills are a plus
You convey specialist knowledge clearly, understandably and with enthusiasm
With your infectious manner, you inspire others and help them progress
You have at least three years of professional experience in the pension sector with demonstrable sales success
A broad network of relationships as well as flexibility regarding working hours round off your profile
Your education
You have completed basic training
You possess the certificate «Versicherungsvermittler VBV»
A diploma as a Finanzberater IAF or a comparable completed further education (such as Finanzplaner IAF with eidg. FA, dipl. Betriebswirtschafter HF, dipl. Versicherungswirtschafter HF) is desirable
