You are interested in laboratory medicine and enjoy working at the interface between administration, diagnostics, and patient contact. In the laboratory reception, you ensure that samples, orders, and processes reliably interlock and thus make an important contribution to diagnostic care in the hospital. This comes with a versatile range of tasks and the opportunity to develop professionally - up to training as a Biomedical Analyst HF (BMA). The position is available immediately or by arrangement. #### MPA Labormedizin 80-100% # Your tasks #### • You take on organizational and administrative tasks in the laboratory reception and support the operation in day-to-day business. Deployments are generally from Monday to Friday, occasionally also on Saturdays. • You accept internal and external laboratory orders, record them in the system, and ensure careful processing. • You prepare samples for further analysis and take on various tasks in laboratory administration. • You perform capillary blood sampling and care for patients in a friendly and competent manner. • You take on reception and telephone services, provide general information, and process repeat orders. • You perform administrative tasks such as scanning documents, processing invoices, or triggering orders. • You ensure compliance with quality standards and document your work carefully. • You work closely with various departments of the hospital and contribute to a smooth process. Your profile #### • You have completed training as an MPA EFZ. • You ideally have several years of professional experience as an MPA and are interested in laboratory medicine and diagnostic processes. • You work independently, reliably, and carefully, and maintain an overview even in a lively environment. • You treat patients in a friendly manner and communicate safely with different target groups. • You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy working in a team. • You have good German language skills; French language skills are an advantage.
