Real Estate Manager STWEG 60 - 100 %

You will take on the following area of responsibility:

• You manage your own portfolio consisting of STWEG properties
• Promoting a young team for their further development
• Organization and execution of owners' meetings
• Organization and execution of viewings, acceptances and handovers
• You are the direct contact person for owners, tradespeople and authorities
• Ensuring smooth maintenance of the portfolio assigned to you
• General correspondence regarding real estate management

You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed further education as a Real Estate Manager with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of experience in STWEG management
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Motivation to promote a young team
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law and the market
• Very good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
