Job description
We are looking for YOU... Group Leader 100% by agreement The Kita KiBiZ is a nursery in Affoltern am Albis with two mixed-age groups, which care for children aged 3 months to 4 years, and a pre-school / kindergarten group aged 3.5 years to 6 years. We work according to the elmar educational concept with theme-related projects and active group activities to offer the children a learning-rich environment in which they can develop holistically and gain playful experiences. Requirements

EFZ as Specialist in Childcare
Professional experience and if possible the vocational trainer course
Joy in organizing, planning and structuring
Ability to handle criticism and conflict
Teamwork skills and willingness to learn
Appreciation and empathy
Joy in working with and promoting trainees
Social competence and leadership personality
