The central location in the middle of the city is highly appreciated by the residents and guests. 58 residents live across 5 residential areas in bright and friendly rooms with plenty of privacy, combined with around-the-clock care. A versatile range of activities and events ensures a varied and fulfilling everyday life. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for, effective immediately/by arrangement, a Residential Area Manager 80%-100% - Haus für Betagte an der Sternengasse Your most important tasks as Residential Area Manager: As Residential Area Manager, you will take responsibility in your residential area for the personnel and professional leadership of the team, as well as the humanly competent care and nursing of the residents. You will work closely with the Head of Care and Nursing and two other Residential Area Managers and are firmly integrated into the Sternenhof management team. Together with others, you will further develop existing concepts and actively help shape change processes.  What you bring with you: We wish for appreciation and empathy from you for the life worlds and needs of elderly people, the ability for networked thinking and interdisciplinary work, creativity, organizational talent, and high social competence. You should have vocational training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and ideally have already gained professional experience in long-term care.
