Virbac is a European company that has been successfully specializing in the research, development, and manufacture of innovative, high-quality medicines and products for animal health for almost sixty years.

As an addition to our team of over 30 people in the “dog-friendly” Swiss branch in Glattbrugg, we are looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented Clerk (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Procurement & stock control: Support with orders from our headquarters in France and external partners. Monitoring of stock levels as well as monitoring of delivery deadlines.
• Logistics coordination: Preparation of transport and import documents, coordination with external logistics partners and processing of incoming goods.
• Master data & price maintenance: Support in updating price lists and customer master data in the CRM system.
• Warehouse management & personnel coordination: Responsibility for the warehouse for repacking work as well as coordination and deployment planning of the hourly employees.
• Order processing & customer service (incl. holiday cover): Recording and checking of customer orders (telephone, E-Shop, Vetpoint), management of the customer hotline as well as processing of customer inquiries and complaints with a workload flexibly adapted to time during holiday absences.

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in the areas of procurement, logistics or customer service.
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English as well as good oral French skills.
• Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace as well as modern CRM systems.
• Structured, exact and independent way of working with high personal responsibility.
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact.
