Your tasks:

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the analysis, optimization, and further development of our business processes and digital solutions. You will work closely with specialist departments and IT, identify potential for improvement, and successfully lead changes from idea to implementation.

Your core tasks include:

• Analysis, documentation, and optimization of business and customer processes
• Recording, evaluation, and specification of business requirements
• Advising and supporting specialist departments in requirements management
• Leading and coordinating change requests as well as small and medium-sized projects
• Interface function between business, IT, and external partners
• Identification and implementation of automation and digitalization potentials
• Responsibility for selected business applications and their further development
• Ensuring high-quality process and project documentation
• Promoting innovative technologies and AI-based solutions in the Microsoft environment

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field at a FH, university, or ETH
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in process and requirements analysis
• Sound knowledge in process management, ideally in a retail or telecommunications environment
• IREB certification or a comparable qualification
• Experience in using AI tools, preferably in the Microsoft Tech Stack
• Technical understanding as well as a good sense for current technologies and digital developments
• Very good German and English skills
• The ability to communicate in an audience-appropriate and convincing manner across different specialist and hierarchical levels
