As a property responsible, you are the direct contact person for the cooperative members, ensure a well-maintained appearance of the settlements you supervise, monitor building functions, and are responsible for maintenance, repair, as well as the coordination and control of external craftsmen and suppliers. You maintain/care for larger areas including winter service in cooperation with our gardener team and are responsible for the properties regarding cleanliness as well as their proper use. You carry out repair and minor maintenance work independently with a high degree of personal performance. During six to seven weeks per year, you take over the technical emergency service on a rotational basis. Your place of work is located in Albisrieden.

As the first contact person, you value contact with our residents and enjoy working independently and proactively. Administrative tasks with MS-Office as well as apartment inspections and apartment handovers round off your area of responsibility.

You have a manual-technical training with a certificate of proficiency as well as experience in building maintenance or upkeep, preferably in the areas of heating and sanitary. You are a winning personality with good German skills and possess driving license B.
