To complete our team, we are looking for: Lead Fitters Metal Construction / Facade Construction In this role, you are: • Responsible for medium and larger facade projects at construction sites. • You implement the project specifications from drawings and plan documents accurately at the construction site. • You adhere to the quality requirements and occupational safety at all times. • You organize the assembly work with foresight and use the work equipment efficiently. • You are a team player and lead your assembly team and their assignments in a structured and independent manner. We imagine that you: • Have basic training as a metal construction locksmith or construction specialist as well as many years of professional experience in the metal construction industry. • Understand complex construction processes, organize them optimally and assemble them rationally. • Are flexible, high-performing and resilient. • Have joy and talent in leading the assembly team, are a competent and independent coordinator and service provider.
