Your missions In coordination with the project manager and the solution architect, contribute to the implementation and operation of IT solutions for Fribourg schools Analyze requests and propose solutions adapted to the context, according to the collected techno-functional needs Accompany schools and local IT managers in the use of services (N2 support) Contribute to documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement Desired profile Federal diploma related to the field, supplemented by certified training in the field of activity, or training deemed equivalent Several years of professional experience in the IT field, preferably education IT (8 to 10 years) Teamwork, adaptability Analytical capacity, curiosity and interest in technologies Service orientation and ease in collaborating with different interlocutors Adaptability and motivation to evolve solutions and practices Interest in the transmission of knowledge and the sharing of best practices Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German (B1 minimum) The position corresponds to an ICT services manager function.
