Your tasks ##

What awaits you ####

• Responsible for the installation and operation of the log, monitoring, and reporting platform Splunk
• Training new employees in the possibilities and application of Splunk
• Co-responsibility for the installation and operation of the monitoring platform Dynatrace
• Performance monitoring and analysis of Java applications (J2EE and Java native)
• Ensuring the availability and performance of the managed platforms as well as compliance
• Continuous optimization of infrastructure and service monitoring on OnPrem as well as Cloud infrastructures
• Creation, maintenance, and management of documentation (operating manual, etc.)
• Collaboration in IT projects

Your skills ##

What you bring professionally ####

• Sound informatics education (HF, FH) or many years of experience in a similar function
• Knowledge of Linux, Dynatrace, Splunk, Python, JavaScript, as well as log formats such as Log4J or Syslog is an advantage
• Experience in version maintenance and control using GIT

• Strong quality and customer orientation
• Proficient German and technical English in spoken and written form
