Thanks to innovative technologies, the Water Service has the mission to supply drinking water to Lausanne and 20 municipalities in the Lausanne region, as well as to ensure the evacuation of the city's water and the treatment of wastewater from its agglomeration. The service relies on the transversality of the know-how and skills of its 200 collaborators to guarantee excellent water quality. The Studies & Constructions division is in charge of water treatment projects, construction and maintenance of the service's facilities, such as plants, reservoirs and drinking water and wastewater pumping stations. Main mission(s) Lead the activities of the Studies & Constructions division (pilot and supervise projects, respect legal obligations, ensure financial and administrative planning and organization) Participate in the direction of the service (propose strategic objectives, support the head of service, participate in transversal projects, participate in Direction meetings, etc.) Lead the collaborators of the Studies & Constructions division (7 people directly, 19 in total) Lead the project management meeting (SDIRPRO) Coordinate projects and studies related to the service's computer systems Profile Master's degree in civil engineering from EPF or equivalent title CAS in project management or equivalent title 10 years of professional experience in managing large construction projects, managing mandates and interdisciplinary and spatial coordination 10 years of professional experience in personnel management Minimum 5 years of experience in the water sector Mastery of public procurement procedures Ability to negotiate and persuade Excellent relational skills and ability to federate a team Special conditions Driver's license (cat.
