Visit us at To complete our team, we are looking for a CNC Programmer Main tasks: Program parts from technical plans and production files Define machining strategies adapted to different parts. Choose cutting tools and determine machining parameters. Perform simulations and validate programs before production Ensure technical monitoring of programs during initial production Make necessary corrections based on workshop feedback. Collaborate with production, quality, and methods teams to resolve technical issues. Participate in the continuous improvement of programs and machining processes. Ensure compliance with programming standards in effect within the department. Sought profile: You are passionate about precision machining and appreciate demanding environments where quality is a priority. You have: A CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics or equivalent training. At least 5 years of experience in CNC programming on 5-axis milling machines. A solid mastery of high-end watch component manufacturing. Good knowledge of NUM 1060, FANUC 31i, and Siemens 840D numerical controls. Experience with GibbsCAM is a significant asset. Great rigor and excellent precision. Good analytical spirit and ability to resolve technical issues. Autonomy, organization, and a good sense of responsibility. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team.
