Berne, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute * Lead a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees and foster their development * Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects and manage their implementation * Ensure coordination of internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the smooth running of projects * Support and advise Portfolio Management regarding problem-solving strategies * Develop concepts, standards, and guidelines concerning strategic real estate management What makes you unique * Architect, civil engineer with a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences and advanced training in business administration, or business economist with advanced training in the field of real estate or construction economics * Experience in real estate management and project implementation; analytical skills, ability to synthesize and a systemic approach * Commitment, autonomy, proven expertise; excellent leadership skills with tangible successes in the development and motivation of employees * Assertiveness, negotiation skills, stress resistance and flexibility * Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third In a few words You define projects with your team, mandate external partners and coordinate the implementation of projects within a unique real estate portfolio.
