Job description
Ensure quality steering in the workshop and the management of Non-conformities.
Lead problem-solving processes (of type 8D or QRQC).
Ensure stock security and manage the monitoring of parts in quarantine
Create and adapt monitoring plans, ranges and control methods according to product & process risk analyses
Participate in product/process audits.
Propose and participate in multidisciplinary continuous improvement projects
Adapt if necessary the Methods and/or control tooling by providing methodological support to operators.
Profile sought
Swiss HES engineering degree or ES technician oriented towards quality or equivalent.
Knowledge of Quality tools (8D, QRQC, SPC, audit, AMDEC, documentary management).
Knowledge of machining, manufacturing and mechanical assembly processes.
Proficiency in office tools, especially excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Rigor, autonomy, ability to synthesize.
Team spirit, ease of adaptation, customer orientation
