Activities:

• Independent processing of orders for packaging materials, operating resources and consumables
• Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes
• Recording and processing purchase requisitions and orders
• Checking invoices as well as processing complaints and returns
• Monitoring delivery dates and delivery quantities as well as tracking delayed deliveries
• Monitoring inventory levels taking into account material ranges and shelf life dates
• Maintaining supplier contacts and organizing transports if required
• Creation and evaluation of key figures and reports
• Maintenance and updating of material master data in SAP
• Cooperation with internal departments such as production planning, quality assurance and purchasing

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in operational purchasing, disposition or material procurement
• Good SAP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Organizational skills as well as strong communication and coordination skills
