REMARQ SA is a family-owned Geneva company specializing in signage, branding, and graphic solutions. For more than 40 years, we have accompanied brands, institutions, and agencies in the design, manufacture, and installation of custom visual supports.

Today led by a new generation, the company is a team of 40 collaborators with complementary expertise. Based in Geneva and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, REMARQ handles each project from A to Z with a high level of technical and aesthetic requirement.

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for:

Prepress Referent at 100%

You are responsible for the daily smooth functioning of your sector, its organization, and its development; from file preparation to print production.

You fulfill a technical, organizational, and managerial role, with the objective of optimizing production flows, guaranteeing a constant level of quality, and fostering fluid collaboration with other departments.

Your main missions

Supervise and support the prepress and large format printing cell.

Organize and plan production according to priorities, deadlines, and available resources.

Control the technical compliance of files.

Apply RIP controls in accordance with internal processes and standards.

Ensure the colorimetric compliance of prints.

Manage stocks and consumables.

Structure and improve working methods.

Your profile

Polygraphe or holder of training from prepress or the graphic chain with proven experience in file preparation (CFC diploma or equivalent training). Experience in large format and advertising production is a plus.

Quality-oriented, you have an eye for detail and master colorimetry; creation of print profiles is a plus.

Excellent mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite software, Caldera is a plus.

Very good mastery of Google Workspace tools, knowledge of prepress workflow software (Switch - cloudflow automation) and digital cutting is a plus.

Organized, flexible, capable of managing priorities and endowed with good resistance to stress during production peaks.
