To complement our Technik team, we are looking for a committed specialist with a passion for modern transport infrastructure. This is what you can move. You will take over the technical and organizational leadership of the Fahrleitung team and develop your team in a targeted manner. With your expertise and commitment, you ensure the reliable operation of our catenary systems. In the area of Fahrleitung, you are responsible for the safe operation, availability, and maintenance of the vbl catenary network and plan, design, and realize small to medium expansion and reconstruction projects. You shape the deployment and on-call planning as well as the training and further education of your employees in a forward-looking and goal-oriented manner. As a central contact person, you work closely with authorities, external partners, owners, planners, and entrepreneurs and represent the interests of VBL AG confidently. You carry out permit and plan approval processes professionally and develop sound decision-making bases for the management and the Board of Directors. You further develop technical solutions and safety concepts, take on the safety and switching responsibility for the catenary systems, accompany external construction sites, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is what you bring with you. You have completed training as a Netzelektriker/-in, Elektroinstallateur/-in or an equivalent training in the electrical field. Further training as a dipl. Netzelektrikermeister/-in HF, Elektrotechniker/-in HF or a higher technical education complements your profile. Thanks to your many years of professional experience in the area of Fahrleitung or electrical infrastructure, you are well acquainted with the planning, design, and implementation of technical projects. You have leadership experience and convince as an integrating personality with high social competence as well as pronounced communication and implementation skills. Through your structured, independent, and responsible way of working, your entrepreneurial thinking, as well as your reliable and safety-oriented personality, you also master complex situations confidently. With the willingness for occasional on-call, night, and special shifts, you make an important contribution to the reliable operation of our line network. Driving license Kat. B is required.
