A particular focus is on the support of the US market in close cooperation with our subsidiary in the USA. Your diverse range of tasks includes: Receiving and comprehensive order processing of customer orders via email and CRM system Independent processing of export orders including creation of all required export documents (EUR.1, EUR.1 China, certificates of origin, letters of credit (LC) etc.) Support in the tarification of articles according to EU and US customs regulations Ensuring timely and high-quality order processing Contact person for customers, service partners and our subsidiary in the USA Support in international trade fairs, in particular in the organization of Carnet A.T.A. documents for machines and trade fair stands What you bring: At least 5 years of experience (advantageous with training as a foreign trade specialist) in international order processing and export administration Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade Very good German and English language skills in word and writing A team-oriented, resilient and solution-oriented personality with high service orientation What we offer: With us, you can expect a responsible and varied activity in an internationally successful company.
