Sales Clerk Internal Sales/Export (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsibility ##

• You act in a hub function and are responsible from A to Z for the operational aspects from sales to export: from the inquiry, order, via delivery documentation, invoicing and shipping to the receipt of payment
• Additionally, you bill monthly occurring project costs, organize on-site customer visits and contribute to process optimization (and digitalization), for whose implementation you take on projects
• You develop individual solutions for our worldwide customers independently and responsibly and in close coordination with salespeople (on-site or in the USA), R&D, purchasing, production, warehouse, quality management and finance
• You coordinate and correspond with customers and transporters daily in English and German
• You mentor a KV apprentice as a practical trainer

Your profile ##

• You have completed commercial training
• You have already been able to gain professional experience in the sale or export of demanding goods (knowledge of dangerous goods for air and sea freight is an advantage)
• You show initiative, love to work independently, are an organizational talent, have a reliable and quality-conscious way of working as well as high assertiveness
• You bring a high willingness to learn, rapid comprehension and cross-functional thinking, because you get bored with repetitive tasks
• You have business-fluent German skills and good English skills (at least First/B2 level) in spoken and written form
