As an absolute service-oriented and entrepreneurial personality, you will take on:

• the supervision of our mandates and orders in the field of cleaning
• the operational processing of maintenance cleaning orders as well as special & basic cleanings
• the leadership of the cleaning employees (incl. recruitment & assistance with onboarding)
• the creation of deployment, resource & holiday planning
• the independent calculation of cleaning services, creation of offers as well as for additional orders/cleaning mandates
• the responsibility for deadlines and quality in the field of maintenance cleaning

You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction and bring at least 5 years of experience in the field of cleaning. Positive feedback motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. In addition, you bring:

• Completed basic training in building cleaning (Facility Management or similar)
• Several years of cooperative leadership experience
• Verifiable experience in quoting, calculation and budget responsibility
• Experience in dealing with demanding customers as well as complaint management
• a motivated, structured and independent personality with cost/benefit-oriented thinking (business understanding)
• flexibility and openness to new challenges and changes
• strong communication skills and a pronounced customer awareness – you can inspire employees and customers
• very good German skills in spoken and written (other languages an advantage)
• Good IT user skills (digital working environment)
• Valid driver's license Cat. B and residence in the Baden/Aarau region
