The Dienststelle Gesundheit und Sport (DIGE) is the competence center of the Kanton Luzern for Public Health and Sport. Are you looking for a task in which your legal expertise creates real social benefit? As a legal sparring partner for the specialist departments, you will process diverse legal issues and strengthen a healthcare system that contributes daily to the care of the Luzern population.

Your tasks

• In this versatile function, you will provide internal and external legal advice in the areas of health, epidemic, social insurance, contract, procurement, adult protection law, and data protection.
• In the licensing and supervision of the areas of human medicine, dental medicine, and medicinal products, you will contribute your legal perspective while simultaneously showing understanding for the technical concerns of the areas.
• Decisions regarding the release from professional secrecy for healthcare professionals will be drafted by you.
• You will prepare decrees and legal briefs in the areas of supervision and licensing as well as in other legal fields of the Dienststelle Gesundheit und Sport.
• You will lead and actively participate in projects of our department and support parliamentary motions as well as legislative projects of the Gesundheits- und Sozialdepartement.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in law (Master); an attorney's license is an advantage.
• Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in public administration, preferably in the health sector.
• Your forward-looking and networked thinking, as well as your independent, service-, and solution-oriented way of working, distinguish you.
• Thanks to your stylish and precise written expression, you succeed in communicating complex legal facts clearly and appropriately to the target audience.
