For our client, an established company from the automotive industry in Basel, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality as:

Head of Garage Operations & After Sales 100% (m/f/d)

Activities:

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of a garage operation with a focus on After Sales
• Leading, promoting, and further developing employees
• Planning of personnel resources as well as ensuring optimal utilization
• Responsibility for the economic development of the business area
• Controlling and optimizing workflows, quality, and efficiency
• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented service experience
• Supporting important customers as well as sustainable maintenance and further development of customer relationships
• Professional processing and resolution of demanding customer requests
• Ensuring and further developing internal quality standards
• Close cooperation with the company management and other internal specialist departments

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive industry
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• Leadership experience, ideally in a workshop, customer service, or after-sales environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in leading, motivating, and further developing employees
• High customer and service orientation
• Organizational talent as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of modern IT, ERP, or industry-specific systems
• Very good German skills
• French and/or English skills are an advantage
